Structured Online Adult Ballet Training

Ballet training. Reimagined.

Developed Inside a Leading Adult Ballet Institution

Ballet IQ was created by the team behind the Adult Ballet Centre®, one of Australia’s most respected adult-only ballet schools.

Our methodology is refined daily inside working studios, with real adult dancers progressing through structured levels from beginner to advanced.

It is not theory. It is lived practice.

Now available worldwide.

Ballet IQ represents the digital extension of a real adult ballet institution. Bringing structured classical training to dancers across the world.

Ballet IQ is a structured online adult ballet training platform designed specifically for beginner and returning adult dancers.

Whether you are starting ballet for the first time, returning after years away, or training alongside studio classes, Ballet IQ provides a clear progression pathway so you always know what to train and why.

This is not a random collection of online classes.

It is a structured adult ballet program, a comprehensive online ballet course for adults who want stronger technique, greater confidence, and sustainable progress.

The result?

Ballet training that makes sense.

Prepare before stepping back into the studio.
Deepen your technical understanding with clarity and purpose.

This is not passive viewing.

It is guided adult ballet development.

  • "Really loving the videos! Ihavent been able to make it into ABC for a while but this has been wonderful to do from home in the meantime. I've joined a lot of online programs, and this is already one of my favs"

  • "I recently started the Ballet I.Q program through the Adult Ballet Centre, and I find it is a great alternative for when you cannot get to class OR to supplement the classes you are already doing. Its perfect for improving ballet technique and understanding of ballet positions, poses, fluidity of movement, as well as integrating barre into centre work or even advancing your performance in a reperatoire. Mollie is a excellent ballet teacher, and a great communicator so each lesson is easy to understand and follow. I thoroughly recommend Ballet IQ for everyone on a ballet journey.."
